Buy a Property

If you have selected the property that you wish to own please call our office at (417) 469-5799 and a member of our staff will be happy to help you.

When calling our office to purchase a property please make sure you have the following information available:

-Legal name of the person(s) purchasing the property

-Mailing address & phone number of the person purchasing the property

-Visa/Mastercard for your down payment

In addition to Visa/Mastercard we accept Paypal, checks and money orders. Please bear in mind that if you are paying your initial payment with a check/money order we are not able to take the property off of the market until we have received your check which can take several days through the US Mail.
