Price, down payment and monthly payment details for a specific parcel can be found on the parcel's information page (just click on an available property on our home page).
Upon receipt of your down payment we will Express Mail, email or fax you the contract/purchase agreement which you will need to sign and return to us. The contract/purchase agreement will then be signed by us and a copy will be sent to you for your records.
All of our properties are financed with a term of up to 15 years and an interest rate of 9.5% annually. Many of our properties can be purchased with no down payment.
No prepayment penalties, no balloon payments, no gimmicks & no surprises.
